Stallholder Application

The Alvis Fighting Vehicle Society are pleased to invite you to their annual show – Tanks, Trucks and Firepower.

Exhibitors are welcome to arrive from Thursday 23rd August 2019. For those who are going to be travelling onto another show, you are welcome to stay on site until the Friday.

Non-Food Vendor Pitch Size & Prices

Standard Pitches are 4 metres deep and 4 metres wide. A single standard pitch is £48.

Additional frontage can be purchased at £12 per meter and should be discussed with out stall holder Matt.

Food Vendor Prices

All food and drinks vendors are given a standard pitch and pay 20% of their takings over the weekend as their fee.
